I. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for using the solidarity fond:
- Request 1 (for non-refundable funds)
- Request 2 (for a loan repayment)
Apart from the completed Request Form, for you to use the Solidarity Fund in your
trade union organization, (according to the type of assistence), you need the following documents:
- For death of a close family member
- Photocopy of the death certificate;
- Photocopy of the member ID card;
- For death of a member of a trade union
- Photocopy of the death certificate;
- For permanent or partial inability to work
- Finding and opinion of the commission for assessment of working ability; or
- Decision from the Pension and disability fund;
- For natural disasters damages
- Property certificate (proof of ownership of the property);
- Confirmation or Minutes from a competent authority (evidence of the extent of the damage suffered);
- For strike
- Decision by the president of the trade union organization.
- for a loan repayment (interest-free loan)
- Priority will be given to members who will provide evidence that they need funds for treatment,
procurement of medicines or medical devices or schooling of children
II. PROCEDURE for exercising the right from the Solidarity Fund:
Members of the Trade Union request for exercising the right from the Solidarity Fund (Form SADU 1
/ SADU 2) together with the necessary documentation, submit it through the President of the Trade Union
organization to the Commission for allocation of funds from the Solidarity Fund (personally by hand or by post
to the address of the trade union’s headquarter). * NOTE: The Commission will not consider:
- incomplete requests;
- requests submitted after the set deadlines;
- requests of applicants who do not pay in the Solidarity Fund.
