The Trade Union of Public and State Administration of Macedonia (SADU) informs all trade union organizations whose members have the status of state officials that they have the right to apply for a career allowance compensation in accordance with Article 37, Article 38 and Article 39 of the Law on State Officials (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia, No. 106 dated 29.07.2013).
All state employees who have been employed before 2012 and who have obtained minimum length of service in the civil service, who have been assessed with positive grades, ie three, four or five, have the right to compensation.
Any member who wishes to apply is obliged to provide all the assessment forms starting from the date on which he is employed. The application is submitted to the institution where he is employed and within 8 days the institution should state whether the application is rejected or approved.
If applicants who fill all the conditions for compensation, and their request is rejected, they can file a complaint to the competent court within 15 days.
All presidents of trade union organizations are obliged to inform their members.
